  5. Read or Die<\/a> announces its plans for the first series of Write Or Die: Writers Write<\/a> lecture workshops. The purpose of the workshop is to promote the UP Gawad Centennial Likhaan 2008<\/a>, a special literary prize sponsored by the University of the Philippines.\n

    Non-professional and non-academic writers are encouraged to submit their work for consideration to the Gawad Likhaan. For more information, see this page<\/a>.<\/li>\n
