I hope it&#8217;s OK for me to repost the <a href=\"http:\/\/usapang-komiks.blogspot.com\/2007\/07\/teaser-and-press-release.html\">teaser illustration<\/a> that he made for it in this blog, because I think Randy and Mia&#8217;s art is well worth promoting:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/specfic.philsites.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/Heart_Teaser.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Heart_Teaser.jpg\" id=\"image52\" src=\"http:\/\/specfic.philsites.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/Heart_Teaser.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mia is a good online friend, and a firm advocate of literacy in the Philippines. She is also a member of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.read-or-die.org\">Read or Die<\/a>, a Philippines-based literacy group I&#8217;ve mentioned on this blog not a few times.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m very honored that Mia and Randy took an interest in my fiction, and I&#8217;m really looking forward to when it&#8217;ll be out for distribution. We&#8217;re planning to make it available for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manilabookfair.com\/\">28th Manila International Book Fair<\/a>, so please do attend!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/usapang-komiks.blogspot.com\/2007\/07\/teaser-and-press-release.html\">Randy<\/a> has also mentioned a press conference of &#8220;big&#8221; komiks publishers who will be present at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncca.gov.ph\/\">National Center for Culture and the Arts<\/a> Building at 12 noon this July 26.
