New installments are released for public viewing once a month.<\/p>\n<p>Registration and posting are free, though authors must abide by the <a href=\"http:\/\/quatre-gats.com\/india\/\/?page_id=3\">submission guidelines<\/a>.<br \/>\nAll genres are accepted. Writers from all over the world are welcome to sign up. From what I recall, this project has been around for some time. There&#8217;s even an exciting <a href=\"http:\/\/quatre-gats.com\/india\/?cat=4\">wuxia serial<\/a> up there at the moment :D<\/p>\n<p>In fact, quite a few choice serials have made it to the lineup, and there&#8217;s always room for more. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nanowrimo.org\/\">NaNoWriMo<\/a> is coming up, incidentally.
